Our whole team has worked very hard to put this trip together for you, and so we are unhappy to read that you did not find the first and last day to be as pleasing. Although untypical, minor changes to our itineraries can occur and when this happens, it is unfortunately beyond our control. With regards to the optional trips you mentioned, descriptions of our Optional Experiences are found in your travel documents which were sent to your address two weeks prior to your departure date, and so we are quite surprised to hear this was the case.
