It delights us so much to have read of your wonderful time on our Costa Rica Eco Adventure. Nobody wants their luggage to be damaged, especially on a flight to their holiday destination, so we absolutely understand the inconvenience you experienced. We always recommend that our guests obtain travel insurance so that their luggage is covered from incidents like yours. Our records show that our Guest Relations department reached out to you via a phone call, so we apologise if you felt that we did not address your concerns. We genuinely care about our guests and hope that you still enjoyed some of the many aspects of our guided holiday in Panama. Thank you for having joined us.

Very disappointed in that they did not deduct our two $40 coupons for our optional tours. We turned them in to our tour director, but never got credit for them. Also we did not get a receipt.
