Never received policy documents.\ Phoned back to let them know. Said they would re-email them and post them Still not received them. Seem quite efficient in taking the money off me though.

They did indeed contact me back quickly as a result of this feedback, and went to considerable effort to address and correct the problem I had. So in light of this I would say that their Customer Service team is pro-active and I have re-rated them accordingly.
