Excellent quality, fast delivery.
I ordered Couples supreme soft with embroidered initials. Excellent quality, nice grey colour (although more colour options would be nice). Fast delivery 3 days.

Delivered to billing address instead of delivery address so had to pay for postage twice. Can't comment on the bathrobe as it's a present for someone else.

Edit: I've now revised my miserly score up to 5 stars. Mistakes happen and a company should be judged on how it fixes it's mistakes. Laura at Towelsoft refunded the postage without me even asking and the recipient of the bathrope is absolutely delighted with it.

Lovely bathrobes
Parcel came within time frame, Bathrobes were lovely. Slight smell went away after washing them. Came out lovely after washing.

Delivery is very fast
I have been using Towelsoft services for over five years. And every time the quality gets worse and worse. and prices, respectively, do not fall, but even vice versa (((
