We are very sorry to hear that the rods you received did not meet the quality standards you rightly expected. Receiving products with damaged and bent guides is unacceptable, and we understand your disappointment.
We would also like to sincerely apologise for the failed collection. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to take a day off work and wait in all day, only for the carrier not to arrive as scheduled. While the collection is handled by a third-party courier, we recognise that this reflects on the service you received from us and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
