Very good service from our tour leader who organised a prompt refund of the hot-air balloon trips when these had been cancelled due to weather.

A great trip to really get a feel for Thailand!
Overall they were good to deal with although we found the app troublesome to input our initial data and would’ve liked to have met the group via the app before we got over there.

Hotels used for this tour were in good condition, the ferries used were also very clean and spacious with plenty of food options available. Be aware Topdeck doesn't offer airport pickups for this...
