Runaway fast from this company!! There are so many other quality providers.
There is no reason to not allow sample returns on currently offered products. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am buying my hardware from a more accommodating company.

We want to clarify that we do accept returns of samples within 30 days of purchase, as long as they can be placed back into their original packages and resealed with clear tape.
