When you place an order they do not provide an invoice, they do not email, post or include an invoice with the delivery. There is not confirmation of the order or contact from the company. Products...

When I opened the pakaging around the worktops there was large gouge in one of them. It was only by good luck that there was enough worktop to cut it out,not impressed!

We would normally advise the customer to get in touch with us immediately upon finding any damage so we can organise a replacement. From our discussion, this was not required as the worktop was getting cut down.
