Weak magnetic backing
I was disappointed in the quality/strength of the magnetic backing. The photo quality was good, but the magnet does not hold well on refrigerator especially with piece of paper behind it.

This was my first order. Apparently my shipment was “Lost” and ended up arriving after Christmas. They gave me a store credit, but it’s still extremely disappointing. Plus I have to shop with them...

Shipping Delayed 3 weeks and no item
Ordered a gift 12/4 and it has not arrived. I had to find another gift last minute because was not notified until 12/20 that it would not arrive before Christmas.

Today is 12/27 & I still have not received my order. I ordered it on 12/06. It was supposed to be for a Christmas gift. I doubt that I would order from you again
