Thank you for your feedback.

We regret that your feeling dissatisfied at not being able to receive monthly receipts but unfortunately this is just not something that our system is set up to provide.

You can always use your bank statements or alternatively you can submit your policy schedule as confirmation of your monthly premium payments including IPT (Insurance Premium Tax) and this is at a rate of 0.75%

Cancelled all my policies with Tinhat !! Stopped taking monthly payments until i contacted them and at that point they renewed or changed my policy without my knowledge, put monthly cost up without...
