We did automatically send you your policy schedule via email when you initially purchased the policy on the 15/09/2018, however, as you would of liked to have receive this information through the post I shall endeavour to get this information sent off to you today.

Regrettably, it is not part of our policy wording or procedure to contact all customers on the phone after they have purchased their policies, and we apologise for any inconvenience or upset this may have caused you.

If you wish to discuss any of the above you are more then welcome to contact us at our call centre, anytime Monday - Friday, between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00.
