Thanks for taking your time to give us detailed feedback - it's very valuable to hear what customers think. Inch measurements is something we've indeed considered, but because we'd have to have different units of measure for different markets it's still too costly to be doable. We'll bear it in mind if we find a good solution..

Presentation online is a challenge for many reasons - people wear them indoors, outdoors, and furthermore have different computer screens with all kinds of lighting, colour calibration etc - so no matter how much we work with image rendition it will still always come short compared to reality.
