You've every right to be disappointed - we're very sorry you missed your event, we should have arranged for a re-send as soon as you got in touch. At this point I'm bound to think that your order has been completely missorted by the mail or something - even with a delay it shouldn't take this long. Damage is done, but we can still arrange for a re-send or if you prefer the refund solution. I sent you an e-mail with suggestions on how we should resolve this matter as soon as possible - please answer that and we'll take care of it first thing.
