this was alarming news, it's been more than a month since it was sent. Wish we'd heard from you sooner, than we would have taken care of it immediately. The order was placed on April 3rd, and shipped the following day. Since it's standard delivery it's not trackable I'm afraid, but at this point we'll send you a new parcel. Before we do that, however, we'd like you to confirm the address you submitted with the order. Incomplete/accidentally incorrect addresses are by far the most common explanation for delays. I'll send you an e-mail, in case you wish to remain anonymous.

Hi again M,

ok, we've now started investigating this flawed shipment, and filed a complaint with the delivery subcontractor. The replacement shipment has also been sent, so that should reach you within two days. Crossing fingers, and hoping that everything goes well with the wedding and everything.
