We recommend you shake the bottle a couple of times before you spray your pillow and bedding (just a little tip which may help). If you would like to try a sample of our deep sleep pillow spray (this helps with getting to sleep faster and can be used with sleep plus pillow spray too), please email info@thisworks.com with a message that we responded to you on Feefo and we would be happy to send one to you.
