Thank you for your review, although I'm sorry that you still haven't received the card yet. Due to the poor weather and the festive break, there is a chance that the card is slightly delayed. Typically, it will take 7-9 working days to receive both the pin and the card. Please note that the thinkmoney Credit Card is powered by Capital One, who acts as the lender and is responsible for the processing of applications and the ongoing management of customer accounts. For this reason, you’ll need to speak with their ‘Card Enquiries’ team who are available 24 hours a day on 03444 812 812 and will be happy to help you.
