Thanks for your comments. I am pleased to say that we are now Faster Payments enabled so we can send and receive transfers far quicker. You can find a little more detail here: http://www.thinkbanking.co.uk/customers/faster-payments/ We are working hard to reduce call times and waits to cut the cost of your calls to us. We now have a callback service in place which gives you the option of us calling you back instead of you holding on the phone. Ian Williams, thinkbanking

I am sorry that you've had a problem. We do work hard to keep call waiting times to a minimum - today is a particularly busy day being the first payday of the year for many people. I've asked a Money Manager to call you straight away. Ian Williams, thinkbanking
