Sometimes the call wait is over half an hour and from a mobile it's expensive.

Thank you for your comments. We are working hard to reduce call waiting times and help customers keep call costs down. We have recently introduced a callback service which means at busy times you can opt for us to call you back. This means you don't have to wait on the phone and we pay for the call.
