Thank you for your feedback. We are working hard to keep call waiting times down to minimum. To help we've just introduced a callback service. Rather than holding at busy times you have the option of us calling you back at our expense. This saves you waiting on the phone and also helps keep your call costs down. Whilst we do charge a set monthly fee I know that many customers find it is considerably less than the overdraft penalty charges they were paying with their previous bank. Ian Williams, thinkbanking

Thanks for leaving feedback. I am sorry that you've had a problem setting up your direct debits. I have asked a Money Manager to give you a call to check that they are all now in place as they should be. I am afraid that there are no plans to introduce a cheque book on the account. Especially now we have Faster Payments in place we are finding more and more people are using bank transfers in place of cheques. Ian Williams, thinkbanking
