it takes 15/20 mins just to speak to money manager then after 4 days they…
it takes 15/20 mins just to speak to money manager then after 4 days they still have not come back to me about a loan i am changing banks soon to one banking who give a similar service

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service. We are working hard to reduce call waiting times. To help we've recently introduced a call back service. This means that at busy times you can opt to have us call you back. This both saves time holding on the phone and means we pay for the call. Ian Williams, thinkbanking
