I am sorry you have found product be uncomfortable with use. We will make a note on the description to be clearer regarding product use with regards to pyjama pants or leggings. We are working on a new product that will have be more comfortable against the skin but are still in the testing phase. As a 100% natural product the lupin range should hold a good warmth for 20 to 30 minutes. There are some manufactured gels which will hold warmth for a longer period but they are not a natural product. I hope that you find the product of benefit and can appreciate the limits of using 100% natural materials.
