I sincerely apologize that your tickets had not arrived till yesterday. We have however checked our records and can confirm that they were posted to your address on the date you placed your order. We dispatched them on the 22nd of Jan to the college address that you provided. Please if you can check with your college as the tickets should be there. It does happen with College or Institution postal addresses, that they are left there at the reception or common mail sorting area without reaching the recipient on time. Please do double check in your college and they should be there. In the event that you are still unable to find them, then please do email us on info@theatreticektsdirect.co.uk and we shall arrange for duplicates to be collected by you from the Theatre box office.
