Thank you for your helpful feedback. I am sorry the pashmina arrived creased: they do leave us in an uncreased condition but clearly yours has suffered somewhat during its journey. If we were to send it boxed rather than in a strong plastic bag it would cost more to send and we would need to pass on that cost, however we will definitely discuss this at our next appropriate meeting. If you choose to buy another shawl please contact me or Jess directly and we will absolutely ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
