Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the delay in delivering your order. After reviewing the tracking information, we can confirm that your parcel did arrive after 2 working days instead of the 1-day delivery service you expected, due to a slight delay with our courier.
We completely understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We’ve also reached out to you by email to confirm if you would like to cancel your W Club Delivered membership for a full refund.
