I have raised the issue of label placement with our warehouse team. As this is the first review we have received which described this issue, it looks like this may have been a one-off human error. However, I do completely understand the concern this may have caused and I am so sorry that you experienced this.

Not very good as the package was blank with no message as to who had gifted it.

We do offer a free gift message service at checkout, which many customers use to personalise their orders. Regarding the plain packaging: this is intentional, designed to help keep deliveries discreet and secure, especially when gifts are being sent to family and friends. It also helps preserve the surprise!
