I was sorry to read about your experiences with the owner; this should not have happened and I have taken steps locally to ensure that future clients are not disturbed in this manner.

Harbour View itself is planned to undergo refurbishment in the next 12 months in order to raise the standard of accommodation to meet the expectations of our guests.

I must admit that I was surprised to read your comments as Thalassa Vista is one of the best selling properties in our portfolio. However, in comparison to Manolia Villa, where you have stayed previously, I can agree that Thalassa Vista offers a more traditional and homely style of accommodation and, will have felt more lived-in.

I have noted your comments about the bathrooms and have forwarded your feedback to the villa owner for their reference.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our Feefo review and to provide feedback about your stay at Olive Press. I thought that you would be interested to know that we are undertaking renovation works this winter at Olive Press in order to raise the standards for the 2019 season in light of comments similar to your own and from our own first-hand experiences.

Should you be interested in returning to Greece in 2019 I'd be more than happy to recommend a property for you that offers a similar style and standard of accommodation to your previous villa stays with us.
