Many thanks for taking the time to feedback on your holiday and it was great to hear how much you enjoyed it when we spoke last week. I’m sorry if you found the tipping confusing though – as discussed it is discretionary, but always appreciated if you do feel the service warrants it. I know Argentina’s confusing currency system doesn’t help when trying to decide an appropriate amount to tip too!
