In terms of the price we humbly believe that we offer the best prices for storage in the local area - in the event that someone does find a cheaper price that us, we have a 'Price Promise' policy that ensures we will match any local competitor's price that does indeed work out better than ours.
In terms of the issue with the door code, it is certainly not our practice to change the customer PIN access codes that we issue to customers without the customer requesting this, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused in terms of waiting and will look into what happened on this occasion to make sure it does not happen again.
In terms of the availability of the trolleys we supply to help with moving goods, please be assured that we will look at our quantities of these and increase them if this is required.
In terms of the opening hours, we definitely take onboard your comments and we have recently introduced a 24 hour access option at the Leicester site which should make things a lot easier for people who need access outside standard hours.
With regards to the invoicing, in almost all cases people will pay the same amount every 4 weeks, generally this would only change if they take additional storage space or downsize their space (so that they pay less for example) - we will certainly look at your specific situation to see if anything can be make more simple for our customers going forward.
