I object very much to you stating that I have given poor feedback based on wk360 not getting the design for your catalogue and ask that you retract that immediately. In fact how dare you be so dismissive of feedback you have requested.
I was asked for my option as a customer which you should at least have the good grace to respect. I purchased the cushion in December 08, long before we met. It was a Christmas present for my farther who served in the regiment and I was delighted when I found it in your catalogue as he is very proud of his service. I stated that it was of a poor quality. I felt that it did not live up to my expectations, as the stitching was much courser than it appeared in print. Now as kind as your offer to refund once I return it is, this of course is not possible as it was given as a present. You may ask why did I give it as present if I was unhappy with it, well this is because of its uniqueness, it is not very day you come across 14th 20th memorabilia.
In terms of service I marked it as poor because I bought that cushion in December 08, 5 months ago and now you ask for feedback!!!
