Extremely poor service.. Waited more then a month for the delivery with no updates.
When finally reached out, I was then informed that my shipment has yet to even reach the warehouse.
Will never be...
My pronlem is why would they put in their website that an item is available when clearly they told me that it hasnt even shipped from china yet and its been like 2 months already nd still no pole.
Order here the extention for X-Pole. And after week of silent I did send them question why it is no any movement on my order. Because x-pole doesn't have it. O_o seriously? Why you sell it when? And...
