I can see your order was printed and dispatched the same day via your chosen delivery method UK Standard Royal Mail post as was confirmed in your order dispatch email confirmation. Please note this service aims to delivery within two working days, but it is not a guarantee and on occasions it may take a little longer. I have raised an investigation with Royal Mail, if your order has not arrived by Thursday 07th August, please contact us and we will happily re-print and dispatch your order.
