Claire, Thank you for the call, no contact was made with myself for the removal, or as you stated did you contact anyone else. In addition you didn't call me back as you said you would. Where you request feedback be it positive or negative, to then phone your customer and not admit your own mistakes whilst appointing blame to the customer in an attempt have the negative feedback removed only makes the matter worse. You have many very positive feedback comments on the site and I haven't had any problems in the past with yourselves. Maybe just an acknowledgement to what is possibly a little confusion by both parties would of been suffice.
