Thank you for providing feedback of your experience. We work to produce and deliver bespoke items within four to six weeks of an order being placed. In this case your order was placed on 1st November and was delivered on 13th December - within six weeks of your order being placed. Your order was delivered by one of our approved carriers who scheduled delivery with you via text message and email and provided a two hour delivery window.
