We produced a mattress for you 13" deep and confirmed all the dimensions with you prior to manufacture over both the phone and via email. The mattress we supplied to you is one of our highest quality mattresses, and the 13" depth is the deepest we can produce.

On being contacted with your concerns, we sent an employee to your home to check all dimensions. He confirmed that the mattress was made to the measurements your provided and was 13" deep.

Thank you for your review. All our mattresses when new may feel a little tight. As the deep natural fillings relax with your body movement and weight over time the mattress will become softer. Please read the mattress aftercare section of our website for more details on this normal bedding in process.
