Not Delivered Yet
I have not received them yet. Postal service is probably slow. About 6-7 years ago I ordered some but they didn't arrive. You sent replacements. Then about 11 months later the original order arrived....

I am happy to say that my label orders were finally delivered by the USPS today (02/01/2021). As I suspected, the delivery delay was not the fault of 'The Name Label Company Ltd'. The package was sent International Priority and is clearly postmarked 11/01/2021, Why it took so long (2 mos.) to get here I don't know. I am very pleased with the labels and expect to order some other labels from them shortly. Thanks

I am so sorry to hear your labels haven't arrived yet. If you spoke to someone over the holidays we were finding USPS were really struggling and were asking if it was possible to just wait a couple of days but to contact us if they hadn't arrived. I am not quite sure why you are warning buyers as we have no intention of ignoring the situation and are very sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused. I will private email to check we have the correct shipping address and get an immediate replacement set on its way. Kindest regards Matt

Very Nice Iron-on Labels
The mailing was quick, the printing accurate and the labels are very easy to iron on. I’ve only washed it once, but it adhered well and softened up nicely in the wash. I’m very pleased.

I am so sorry to hear your labels have not arrived in time for Christmas. Sadly as you chose an untracked service we have had some issues with USPS mail taking a little longer than usual due to further shut downs with the virus.
