Thanks for your honest review Joan. Our property managers are from right here in Edinburgh, we apologise if the accents are thick but we believe this is all part of the Scottish experience. The location of the apartment is on the world famous Royal Mile that brings thousands of tourists every day, it is of course expected to be loud all throughout the day.
