We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the apartment.

In regards to the listing - it is stated clearly that the apartment has two bedrooms, and is situated on the 3rd floor with no lift.

We feel the website is clear that we market properties on a self catering basis, however we do offer the option to book extra services such as mid-stay cleaning or additional towels or linen on request. 

We offer the option to pay in instalments as we find this is much more flexible and makes the process easier for our customers. We would have been very happy to take the full balance in one payment if this had been requested.

We apologise that you found the process too long - we do require certain security measures for the peace of mind of the owners of these luxury properties.
