Just to reassure you, Michelle also got the work on the new ring before we had all the correct certificates etc back. It looks like the finished ring will be with you in the next few days.... I am not too sure if we have crossed wires over this order. We have been working very hard with you in regards to resolving this issue. The order is being held by Indian Customs who will not release your ring to us. Fedex are currently doing all they can to get the ring back to the UK. It's a shame you decided to cancel the order after Indian Customs impounded the ring due to the person you were sending the ring to not wishing to pay any import taxes. If we could have stopped it before it got to India......... The matter will be resolved shortly once all customs etc is sorted in India.
