To all the customers of the diamond store, all of us have no control over our luck, things could go wrong when they want to, but what matters is how someone can come up and resolve it , as you can see my upset review above, but the Service Manager Amber, changed the entire bad experience in to great, with her genuine approach to resolve customers issue, i am very impressed how rapidly she has resolved an diamond related issue , comparing High Street Goldsmith , this online experience sets a great standards for amazing customer service. 10/10
