We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your treatment. With filler, some people require more sittings than others to get to the result they desire. We do try to make you fully informed of this prior to your appointment. We discuss this within the literature you consent to having read when booking your appointment; within the information packages attached to your confirmation and reminder emails; and often post about this very subject on our social media pages. We also discuss this with yourself and your expectations at your consultation.
The product in your nose would not move. It takes up to six weeks for the swelling to fully heal so you will have just required a top-up. For this very reason, we offer a discounted top-up at just the price of the consultation which you were more than welcome to take advantage of. For every one person that says they require a top-up, there will be at least six who will not. We're afraid that is just the way it is. The practise of aesthetic medicine is not an exact science (no area of medicine is). Some treatments work better for others. We're all so very different so there are only average timescales, never definite.
Finally, to achieve our famous natural look, you are far better off building up slowly with thin, flat layers, than the alternative of bulky and obvious filler. Rome was not built in a day. Clients usually book in for several sessions over a few months, then require a top-up to maintain their look once per year.
