Good AfternoonThank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback today.It is quite important to know that we go to great efforts to ensure that you are fully informed in respects to your procedure, as per good medical practise, before you attend any of our clinics. Our booking system is automated for this very purpose. You simply cannot book in without accepting that you have read and understood the relevant information packages and FAQs, which of course not only contain all the prices and risks, but also the variety of different products we use for each area of the face. In order to have had an appointment with us, you must have clicked to say that you had read this and it would appear that you have indeed missed this. We do indeed fully cover these areas and you will find in your confirmation email and your three reminder emails that there were links to these information packages once again, to remind you to have a read to better prepare you for your upcoming treatment. We do realise that we all have busy lives and that sometimes it is easy to overlook these details but please do refer back to these emails and you will see that the information was readily available for you. Also within these information packages, please do note that we do inform you that we have an open door policy. We don't regularly book reviews because most clients do not require one and those who do require a review - over 50% do not make it to the appointment without prior notice. We are fully-booked everyday and after conducting a study in previous years, we found that clients (especially as most of you travel from afar) do not wish to have a pre-booked review appointment, where not necessary. We notice that you are less than two weeks post treatment and after you emailed us on the very same day of your treatment that you were experiencing a difference between your eyes, we did reach out to you in under two hours, to advise you that this is completely normal at this stage in the healing process and that we would be delighted to offer you a review appointment, after you have given your tear troughs the required healing period. It's completely normal for one eye to react differently to the other eye. We did not hear back from you but of course, we would welcome you back with open arms, should we be lucky enough for you to choose to return to us.Kind Regards
