As I explained this particular item takes 14 business days to personalise and process, its then sent on a 48-hour shipment which you paid extra for, I have checked this, and we are still in the correct time frame. We most certainly wouldn't be scamming you, our main goal is to make sure our personalised jewellery is to the highest standard and won't be sent until its quality checked first that's why allow more time on this item.
