Hi Beverley, our customer service team passed your details on to me today, I tried to give you a call today to sort this out, however I couldn't get through. Unfortunately once an item has been personalised we're unable to accept a return unless it's faulty, the item is classed as personalised as it was engraved with the word of your choice, we don't sell daughter items as standard.
