Thank you so much, Emily! We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your experience from start to finish. It’s wonderful that you felt so well supported throughout, from the planning stages to reaching your first high-altitude summit! Huge thanks for your kind words about the team and guides, and we’re thrilled you connected with such a great group. We can’t wait to have you join us on your next adventure!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent trip. Apart from the summit night, we’re glad that you found the trip to be well-organised and that our mountain leaders and chefs were considered world-class. Our team is dedicated to safety and professionalism, and we are sorry that your summit experience did not meet your expectations. We always encourage our clients to communicate any issues at the time so our team can address them immediately. We have reviewed the feedback from your UK Leader, and it was noted that you did not raise any concerns during the trek or summit night with your UK leader and only raised them after the trip. Your concerns could have been easily addressed and resolved at the time had you raised this with your UK leader. We want everyone to enjoy our trips, and addressing expectations or concerns on the mountain allows us to do so. Regarding the summit, our guides are professionally trained to assess a climber’s condition and will turn them back if they believe it is unsafe to continue. A standard summit on this route is a demanding 10-12 hours, which is also noted in your itinerary and on the Vamoos app. Our team is trained to maintain a slow and steady pace to prevent exhaustion and increase the chances of a safe summit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us to improve our services and ensure we set clear expectations for future clients.
