Gave measurement for wrist size and also asked for a loose fit. Watch arrived too tight to wear and we now need to get adjusted. Disappointing and good company should get it right!

I am sorry that the watch is too tight however we can only size the watch to the measurement that is provided by the customer of which we generally go on the + of what is given. Bought a watch from BWC which I unfortunately had to return due to me not liking it in person! Service was great and a prompt refund. Can't ask for more.
