We had the BBQ delivered to a regular shipper to Cyprus so was concerned packing would be satisfactory to make the journey, but it arrived in one piece. BBQ even including shipping costs was cheaper...
Order submitted then cancelled by the company. They were unable to sort out and reorder over the phone. I had to be given a refund (which I'm still waiting to be processed) and then reorder myself...
I had been looking for a replacement BBQ and was drawn to the Outback Meteor. I was amazed at the great price and how simple the web site was to use. Ordering was so easy and delivery arrived on time...

Supplied product required promptly and at a very good price. For improvement could have email/text system from BBQ Store or distribution co. regarding delivery time would be helpful.
