Hi, thank you for the feedback. We have noted this with the sales agent and will make sure we're clearer that the full balance is due when booking. When a booking is only a few days before the start date we have to check we can confirm spaces as often hotels used on trips may not have spaces available, this can sometimes take some time which we appreciate is frustrating. We really do our best to get trips confirmed ASAP and I am sorry in this case we weren't faster. Hope to see you again in future and have a merry Christmas!

Sadly, we're not able to advise much on Visa applications as any individuals circumstances may be different and we don't want to provide incorrect advise.
