Product not received. It is only possible to leave a message with customer service or e-mail them. There is no tracking number on the order confirmation. No reply from customer service so far.

Gosh, so sorry to read your review. Your order was sent on-time, you have confirmed it has been delivered. We apologise that the Italian postal service held your item for so long, most understand this is put with our control. We replied to your first email within 24 hours, even though it was a bank holiday. We are trying our best but understand we will fall short of some people's expectation. We thank you for taking the time to review and will try to learn from this.

My original review was related to the difficulty in getting in touch with Tangible's stationery customer service.
They have been in touch now and were helpful in resolving the issue. They also refunded the item.
