Hi Jim, So sorry to read your review. Although we sent your order on-time (the day after your 5pm order) via UPS Next Day delivery service we understand your dissatisfaction that this was critically delayed. We unfortunately found that, due to many people diverting away from the Royal Mail, the normally-reliable couriers became swamped on their service levels dropped. We are very pleased to see you have your order now and we have refunded your postage charge back to you. We pray that the situation with the Royal Mail does not happen again at the peak time next year, apologies we fell below our normal high standard. Best wishes for 2023

very efficient ordering process and delivery in spite of the Royal Mail strikes
The product arrived about a week and a half later than its estimated date - perhaps that's because of the mail service strikes, but it didn't come in time for me to give it as a gift to my friend.
I don’t have my money and even diaries which I ordered nobody answers me till now and I am in touch every day on call and mails and Facebook and nobody answer

Hi Zuzana, So sorry to read your critical review. As you know we have had quite a bit of dialogue on this. You ordered 2 x 2022 Jan-Dec diaries. We replaced these with 2023 Diaries and sent on time. We appreciate your dissatisfaction that they have taken so long to arrive however they left the UK promptly. We understand that you hold us fully accountable for the performance of the postal service. We will review this internally and will consider whether we are able to send items to certain locations if they are consistently being delivered late. Best wishes for 2023
