As you mentioned, this is a new and ambitious trip for us and we will continue to adapt and improve the trip to ensure we deliver the best possible swim experience, so your comments and suggestions are very welcome! We have now had a chance to catch up with the guides and Big Bay Events and will certainly be making changes to the itinerary to ensure less travelling and more time swimming. Your comments about the Robben Island swim are also noted - unfortunately as with all open water swims we are goverened by the weather; nonetheless we are sorry you didn’t get to complete this swim during the week. If you don't mind, we will be in touch in further detail over a call and email so that we can catch up in detail about your expereince and ensure we change what needs to be changed for future trips.

Gladly swim with SwimQuest

SwimQuest were great, no reservations to book with them again. The hotel location was wonderful, but the accommodations were a bit disappointing.
